“I was so impressed with how it worked for me I decided to have more sessions with Sinead
I developed a massive fear of flying about 5 years ago, after a bad experience on a plane. I love to travel, however I was getting panic attacks during flights. It became so bad that I ended up taking anti-anxiety pills and sleeping pills during flights. As time went on the fear started to kick in earlier and earlier and I would suffer with anxiety and sleepless for weeks before I was due to fly. I was starting to notice that the medication was no longer curbing my anxiety and I needed to try other options. I decided to undergo hypnosis therapy with Sinead. I had one session and by the end of the first session I felt my fear had gone. Interestingly I discovered that my fear of flying came from a very trivial childhood experience. I decided to have another session before a trip to Australia where I had 6 different flights in one month. My Friend who traveled with me on many occasions was shocked at how relaxed I was on the flights. I did not take as much as one tablet on any of the 6 flights.
